DAY 1
Reykjavik
Arrive in Reykjavik. Your driver will be waiting for you in Reykjavik Airport arrival hall and will take you straight to your centrally located hotel.
Once you get settled in, set out to explore the town or relax at the hotel with a nice hot cup of hot chocolate.
Get a good night’s sleep. You have an early start tomorrow!
DAY 2
Golden Circle
Depart your hotel by air-conditioned coach and venture into the Golden Circle, Iceland’s starkly beautiful interior of rugged peaks, pastures and volcanic plains.
Witness the three wonders of the famous Iceland Golden Circle on a day trip from Reykjavik. Travel by air-conditioned vehicle with an expert guide and learn the history and geology of each site. See the breathtaking Gullfoss waterfall, the bubbling pools and Strokkur waterspout at Geysir and the incredible tectonic rift at Thingvellir National Park.
On route, drink in Iceland’s stark beauty and learn how islanders are using its natural steam and geothermal waters to produce sustainable energy.
DAY 3
Northern Lights Night Tour
Seize the opportunity to see one of the world’s greatest natural spectacles on an evening Northern Lights tour.
Hop into a climate-controlled coach with an expert guide, and venture deep into Iceland’s darkness-cloaked countryside, far from the electric glow of any towns.
Stop at different locations to scan the ink-black skies for the legendary lights, and with luck, catch a dazzling display that you’ll remember forever.

DAY 4
Free Day
Today is a free day to explore at your leisure.

DAY 5
Blue Lagoon
Soak in the iridescent, mineral-rich waters of the Blue Lagoon on a half-day tour.
The Blue Lagoon is a geothermal spa in southwestern Iceland. The spa is located in a lava field near Grindavík on the Reykjanes Peninsula, in a location favourable for geothermal power, and is supplied by water used in the nearby Svartsengi geothermal power station.
The Blue Lagoon was used as the pit stop for the first leg of The Amazing Race 6. The Blue Lagoon was used for the thermal spa scenes in the filming of Hostel: Part II.
DAY 6
Icelandic Horses
Friendly staff and amazing horses await you.
You will get the chance to take part in the daily routine of grooming and caring for the horses, as well as learn about the unique history of the Icelandic horse. You will have plenty of time to interact with them and take some pictures.
Afterward, those who feel up for it, can give riding a try in the paddock. For those who want to try the Icelandic horse, gear will be provided, including riding helmets, rubber boots, and rain wear/warm outfit.
After the introduction, enjoy complimentary coffee and tea.
DAY 7
Free Day
Today is another Free day in Reykjavík!
Take some time to check out Hallgrímskirkja, a Lutheran parish church. At 74.5 metres high, it is the largest church in Iceland and among the tallest structures in the country. The church is named after the Icelandic poet and clergyman Hallgrímur Pétursson.
This evening why not check out the Reykjavík Winter Lights Festival. It is a real refreshment during the long winter nights. This festival lasts for three days and its main objective is to create amazing light installations on separate buildings, in various public places, museums, concert halls and even swimming pools.
DAY 8
Into Ice and Lava
Board your tour bus upon morning pickup from your hotel. Listen to the onboard audio guide, available in 10 languages, as you journey out of the city toward the Borgarfjörður region.
Arrive at the massive Langjökull glacier, clocking in at 368 square miles (953 km/sq). Board a specially equipped glacier vehicle for the trip to the ice cave.
Once inside the cave, see the pristine blue glacial ice and otherworldly glacial ice formations. Hear how the cave was constructed by engineers and geophysicists, then witness some glacial movement yourself.
Continue to Víðgelmir, Iceland’s largest lava cave at 5,250 feet (1,600 meters) tall. See lava and ice formations, including stalactites and stalagmites, and learn about the history of the cave from your guide.
DAY 9
Reykjavik - Home
All good things must come to an end, including your time in Iceland. Meet your transfer to the airport and depart according to your flight times.
