Payment Options

We currently accept e-transfers and credit card payments.

To pay by e-transfer, please send the charge listed on your Kefi invoice to [email protected]. Once received, your account will be updated to reflect your payment.
To pay using your credit card, please refer to the pay option on your Kefi invoice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Life throws curves at us. Kefi Travel recognizes this which is why we strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance. If you cancel up to 6 months before a trip your deposit and any other payments are returned to you 100% less any transaction fees. From 3-6 months before a trip, we will return 75% of any fees paid less any transaction fees. Within 3 months, any fees paid cannot be returned.

We're happy to offer our Kefi Travellers a self-serve option through Manulife Global Travel Insurance.
